We are seeking a student-centered, team player who can contribute in significant ways to the continued growth of the undergraduate program. A willingness and desire to collaborate within the department, the Jordan College of the Arts, throughout the university, and the greater community.Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and a demonstrated ability to empower, advocate for, and value a broad range of students of diverse identities and experiences, as shown through pedagogy, mentoring, and related activities.At least one year of undergraduate teaching experience (either full-time or adjunct).Significant work experience in not-for-profit arts organizations or government arts agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS: Required qualifications include: RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include delivering 18-24 units of undergraduate classroom instruction per year, including introductory level and upper-division courses advising and mentoring arts administration students participation in service to the department, college, and university continued research/creative and service work in the field and active contribution towards building an inclusive, equitable, and accessable learning environment for an increasingly diverse student population. Depending on the candidate’s research interests and trajectory, the position will be offered as either assistant professor (tenure-track) or lecturer (non-tenure track, renewable contract).
